Our return policy allows for returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs or the return shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at amber@shopyummmy.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item as soon as possible.

We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis but will make every effort to find a satisfactory solution.

Shipping Policy

We offer $5 flat rate shipping to the United States.

Free shipping for orders over $30.

 

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. If you cannot obtain a street address and use a PO Box, the telephone number of the recipient must be on the label. A shipment addressed to a PO Box can experience delays, is not covered by any UPS service guarantees, and is assessed an address correction surcharge.
