  • I've got a question about my order. Can you help me with it?
    If you have any questions regarding refunds, returns, damaged items, or incorrect orders, please email us at amber@shopyummmy.com, and we will handle your request on a case-by-case basis. We got you! 😎
  • What if I receive a damaged item?
    We understand that receiving a damaged order can be a bummer, but don't worry, we're here to help. If your order has arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it at amber@shopyummmy.com. When contacting us, provide your name, order number, and if possible, attach any photos showing the damage. We are committed to resolving the issue promptly and ensuring you receive a replacement or a refund ASAP!
  • How long will it take to get my Yummmy order?
    Please allow 2-5 days for order processing and an additional 3-6 business days for shipping, depending on your location. We do our best to get your orders out the door the very next day! 🚚
  • Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
    Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States. Not YET anyways... 🤔
  • I placed an order but I input the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
    If you've already received a tracking number, it's best to contact the carrier directly to request an address change. If you've recently placed your order, simply send us an email at amber@shopyummmy.com, and we will do our best to help you make the change before your product is shipped out! 😎
  • What are the dimensions of your containers?
    6 oz. liquid volume
  • Do you add any fillers or preservatives?
    No way! Our products are always made without the use of fillers or preservatives. Check out the ingredients on the label. What you see is what you get. 💖
  • Why are my spices clumping up? 🤔
    If you see that your seasonings are a bit clumpy, don't worry. Just give them a good shake! Because we don't use any preservatives, sometimes the natural ingredients can clump together. But that doesn't mean they've gone bad. To minimize clumping, store your containers in a cool, dry place.
  • Where do your ingredients come from?
    We source only the best high-quality ingredients from all around the world! 🌎 We blend, bottle, and package each product in our facility in Newport, Kentucky.
